Robert is right. I am 31 and lost my husband on oct 4th. He died unexpectedly at a hospital, for no apparent reason. We have 3 very young children, the best solice Ive found is talking to other people about it. Dont keep it in you or it will hold you back. Your love is watching you very close and wants you to go on the path of your life and be happy and healthy. I am with you in the hopeless feelings tho
