I'm here trying to find some way to comfort my sister. Her husband died of a heart attack about 2 1'2 years ago, followed by the death of our mom six months afterwards. My sister, Betty, has always been a caregiver - and now she has no one to dote on. Her daughter, age 21, lives 3 hours away. My husband and sons spend time with her. But it's the day to day being alone. The nights alone. Most days she's okay - but she sees a bleak lonely future. How can I help her?
