I am sorry for your loss. I did not lose my husband to a sudden death, but if you would like to talk I am here to listen. Sometimes I feel that is the only way I'm every going to get through my grief. Try to take it day by day, or hour by hour if you have to. Hopefully, I'll be hearing from you.
