Sandra I am sorry for your loss. I certainly can relate to what you are going through. I too lost my wife of sixteen years to a sudden heart attack. It was a shock because we all were fine when we retired for the night with our usual goodnights. Its alright to grieve your loss. There will be ups and downs but with God in your life you will make it. Me and my two children ten and fourteen are currently seeing a therapist. I believe that you too could benefit from seeking this type of help. I will be praying for you and my heart goes out to you and your children. I can say that I am learning to cope and not entertain the idea of killing myself anymore. It is a rock road but it helps to vent and this is a great site to do so.
