I too know the pain you carry after 20years my best friend is gone, i got my first kiss at age 12, and we were married by the time I was 21.My whole life has changed and will never be the same.
He was everything to me not only was he my lover but he was also my friend and confidont.He was killed Jan 2,2000 in a horrible car wreck. I can only hope & pray what they say is true, he died instantly,no suffering.I pray everyday for strength,to keep going.The hard part is he had a problem with alcohol and it finally got him, it's such a shame so young,loving and full of lie.We miss him terribly!!
