I am in a similar situation. My two girls and I are devasted by the loss of my 35 yr old husband . He was totally healthy and had a brain aneurysm on the day of our youngest ones birthday. He is gone one month today.
I have no answers for you as Im right where your at. But I did enroll both girls in age appropriate berievement groups.
We said our prayers tonight for the 1st time since Mark died.... We always said them with him. It hurt badly, we all cried as we said them. Im sorry that I have no answers, just know your not alone. Laurie
