My husband passed away after a lengthy illness in 1999. There was an age gap of 30 years for us him being 71 at his death. I 41
Theres never a day goes by that he is not in my mind. I do not want that day to come for that will be the day I will have forgoten him and I don't ever want to.
He was everything to me. He gave me 2 of the worlds greatest gifts. Our daughters now age 16 and 12.
Time does make it a little easier to bear but that is all.
