Lost husband 1/31/00

I lost my husband on the morning of new years eve. He had a massive heart attack at the age of 56. He had always had perfect health and we had no warning. It has been 1 month today and I am finally moving out of the shock phase, but I am not dealing with this well. How do you go on?
