I too am sorry for your loss.I lost my husband one year this thanksgiving. He went in the with pneumonia and I was told the he would be coming home in a few days and that he would just be kind of weak for a while.I thought that's fine as long as he was coming home. Well they moved him from hospital to another one that was bigger. by the time I got there they had moved him to the ICU where he stayed for five more days and died becuse he apparently got a bacterial infection with the pneumonia and they couldn't stop the bacterial infection which caused his organs to failed slowly .
One day he was coming home and the next he was gone.I will never be the same again.My one and only love is gone and I think of him ever moment of the day and night.It's hard but I have to be strong and go on for my kids who need me just as much as I need them.Like Marie said it helps to talk and let it out and take one day at a time.
